Shore Acres Clubhouse
The Shore Acres Clubhouse is one of the most important assets to our community. The facility plays host to most of our board and general meetings as well as many gatherings, social and community improvement events. In addition to being a great event space complete with a bar, two seperate bathrooms, a seperate food prep space, and 2000+ square feet of open floor, the clubhouse features plenty of parking, a playground, basketball court, and open greenspace. The clubhouse also serves as an important fundraiser for the community and is available for private rentals to SAIA members, nonmembers, and essentially anyone looking for event space.

Inside, you'll find everything you need for a great time: a cool bar, two separate bathrooms, and full kitchen. With over 2000 square feet of open space, there's plenty of room to dance, mingle, and make memories.
Outside, we've got all the extras to make your event even better. There is plenty of parking, and while the adults relax, the kids can enjoy our brand new playground, play basketball or pickleball, or ejoy games in the large grass space.
Not only is our clubhouse the a wonderful spot for your next event, it's also a way to give back to our community. Every rental helps support important fundraisers that make our neighborhood even better.
