The Association's Board consists of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and seven Directors. The officers serve one-year terms; the directors serve two year terms. Elections are in the fall and terms begin February 1. In addition, much of the Association's business is handled by its committees, the chairs of which are appointed by the President. There are five permanent committees at this time: Buildings and Grounds, Communications, Community Action, Entertainment and Hospitality, and Finance.
